About The Position

This role leads turnkey electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout, with full ownership of scheduling, material management, field coordination, and client communication. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude for EV charging systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager - EVSE role requires regular travel (30-50%) to support critical milestones, site conditions, and field execution needs. When not traveling, this position will be based in-person in our Chandler, AZ office. This position has a hiring range of $92,000 - $135,000. This range reflects the full compensation range across the Project Manager - EVSE role. Final offer will be determined based on role level, experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; two to seven years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OSHA 10 required
Valid, insurable Driver’s License required
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
Must complete a drug & background screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or similar construction/trade project experience strongly preferred.
PMP Certification preferred
OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of concurrent EVSE installation projects across commercial, fleet, multifamily, and municipal site types, with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and driving projects from kickoff through closeout.
Lead on-site execution for critical milestones including inspections, commissioning, and closeout, resolving scope changes, logistics challenges, and site-specific constraints as they arise.
Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs), partnering with the Procurement team on vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and material staging.
Coordinate with internal teams on utility incentive and rebate program requirements, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-installation site verification and compliance walkthroughs with utility representatives and program partners to confirm project performance and support incentive qualification.
Deliver complete closeout packages including photo documentation, as-built records, and commissioning results.
