About The Position

NE Ohio Company looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their team of glass and glazing professionals. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits. The salary range is $80K - $115K Plus Commission. The role involves working with estimators from project award, handling front-end submittals, and coordinating with vendors for products and purchase orders. The Project Manager will also work with shop drawings and contractors from the beginning to the end of the project, and conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality.

Requirements

Project Manager with estimating experience. Will consider candidates with industry experience that are ready to move into a Project Management role.
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Able to work under deadlines & within the allowed budget.
MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experienced
Proficient with some type of Estimating software.
Must have a strong knowledge base of Manufacturing & Installation in some of the following: Glazed Wall Systems, Panel Walls & other Fenestration Elements, Point Supported & Structural Sealant Glazed Glass, Sealants, Waterproofing, Insulation.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

Works with estimator from the time the project is awarded, doing front-end submittals, and working with vendors on products/purchase orders.

Handle more than one project at a time.
