About The Position
An established industrial services company is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Estimator with experience in millwright, rigging, or machinery installation. This is an opportunity to own projects from the first site visit through completion, with direct influence on customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- Estimating and project management experience in millwright, rigging, or related industrial services.
- Strong technical knowledge, commercial judgment, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership from bid to closeout.
Responsibilities
- Estimate labor, equipment, materials, and project scope.
- Prepare proposals, win work, and build customer relationships.
- Coordinate with field operations to deliver safe, successful projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and profitability.
- Help lead and develop the estimating and project management team.
