About The Position

The Project Manager, Enterprise Systems & Programs provides strategic leadership for Student Freedom Initiative's enterprise technology ecosystem, business operations, institutional engagement, and cross-functional program implementation. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Implementation, this position is responsible for aligning enterprise technology, organizational processes, data, and institutional partnerships to advance the organization's mission and long-term strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support systems implementation and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment across teams and partners.
  • Monitor institutional engagement, program adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Student Programs, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Business Operations, Institutional Transformation, and technology vendors.
  • Ensure technology solutions and operational processes effectively support organizational goals and mission delivery.
  • Drive institutional success by aligning technology, operations, and program outcomes with strategic objectives.
  • Expand institutional engagement and supports growth initiatives.
  • Leverage technology and data to maximize program impact, reach, and outcomes for the Student Freedom Initiative.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, consistent with the responsibilities and scope of the position.
