About The Position

The Project Manager, Enterprise Projects will collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm problems, expected outcomes, and project deliverables. This role involves identifying and confirming project approaches, developing detailed resource estimates, and creating effective plans to manage initiatives. The Project Manager will assign deliverables, tasks, and activities, continuously monitoring and controlling associated resources, schedules, and plans. Responsibilities include reporting on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria, and anticipating and managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. This role also ensures optimal communication within and across teams and with stakeholders, maintains strong stakeholder relationships, provides team leadership, identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors, collaborates with other program managers on risks and opportunities, ensures effective team onboarding, supports project delivery ceremonies, and reports key metrics to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm problems, expected outcomes, and project deliverables.
  • Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative.
  • Assign deliverables, tasks, and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules, and plans.
  • Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria, and reporting as required.
  • Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
  • Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship.
  • Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved.
  • Identify key requirements for cross functional teams and external vendors.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Ensure team members are effectively onboarded onto projects.
  • Support planning, preparing, and conducting of project delivery ceremonies.
  • Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders.
