About The Position

DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom-engineered projects from post-sale hand-off through installation and project closeout. This role is responsible for owning project schedules, driving execution readiness, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring projects move efficiently through engineering, manufacturing, installation, and closeout phases. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability for project execution, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle. Projects typically range from $200,000 to $2 million and are managed concurrently at various stages of execution.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for project support, including extended trips ranging from several days up to 4–6 weeks during active installations.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineered systems, manufacturing, construction, or design-build environments.
  • Experience managing projects involving engineering, manufacturing, and field installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Experience coordinating projects through multiple phases of execution, from design through installation and closeout.
  • Experience using project tracking, scheduling, or project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining schedule and execution visibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant project management experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects following contract execution and sales hand-off.
  • Own and maintain project schedules from engineering kickoff through project closeout.
  • Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and design intent to ensure execution readiness.
  • Manage project execution across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service, and installation functions.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks, delays, and execution challenges.
  • Coordinate installation planning and readiness activities to support successful field execution.
  • Manage project changes and communicate impacts to schedule, scope, and execution plans.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and project records.
  • Maintain Zoho Projects as the primary system of record for assigned projects, ensuring schedules, milestones, documentation, risks, action items, and project status remains accurate, current, and visible throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project communication and facilitate timely resolution of issues affecting project execution.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including final documentation and project turnover.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of execution.
