Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project management within the aviation or aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage aerospace test-system projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
