Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Project Manager/Engagement Lead to oversee delivery, stakeholder coordination, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) facilitation, reporting, and embedded change management and training oversight. This role provides overall program management leadership and oversight, coordinating technical teams, managing program performance, ensuring contract deliverables are met, and maintaining effective communication with government stakeholders. The position involves overseeing project execution across multiple technical task areas, managing project schedules, technical dependencies, staffing, and sources to meet contract requirements and performance objectives. The role also ensures quality control processes are implemented, develops and maintains required program documentation, and monitors program risks with mitigation strategies for mission continuity.
