About The Position

As a Project Manager at Linxon, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will own project P&L performance, drive operational excellence, manage customer relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Linxon’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Results-driven leader with experience managing full project P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and commercial performance.
  • Skilled at leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, creating an environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, risk management, contract management, change management, and project execution methodologies.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and capitalize on opportunities to improve project outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience delivering EPC projects within the power, utility, electrical transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or other project management certification, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willing to travel as required and maintain an active presence on project sites during construction and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the safe and profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
  • Maintain full accountability for project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements, regulations, and company standards.
  • Champion a "Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm" culture across all project activities.
  • Lead, coach, and support multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Establish effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Support bid and pursuit activities by contributing execution strategies, risk assessments, and delivery plans.
  • Secure and optimize project resources to support successful project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
  • Evaluate and implement scope changes while protecting Linxon’s commercial interests.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, project controls, and governance requirements.
  • Monitor project performance and drive achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present accurate project reports covering progress, financial status, risks, and forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and commercial obligations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Pursue opportunities to improve project performance, customer value, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee commercial reporting, revenue recognition, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Deliver projects that meet safety, quality, financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Support collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.
  • Travel as required to support project execution and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence during construction to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Drive alignment between project execution and Linxon’s strategic business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.
