Lead complex electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout with one of Colorado's top contractors. Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in electrical project management, preferably with experience over large-scale industrial, commercial and mission-critical construction.
• High degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities
• Ability to determine program objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project operations, staff coordination, and field execution across assigned projects
• Manage project administration, documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout requirements to protect RK and client interests
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing schedules, and monthly contract valuations
• Negotiate and process subcontract agreements, change conditions, change orders, payments, progress billings, and retention receivables
• Ensure projects are properly staffed and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, tools, and rental equipment usage
