Feyen Zylstra is seeking a Project Manager for their Charlotte, NC office. This role is responsible for the overall direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. Requirements

Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction project management
5 or more years of experience in construction project management
Experience managing multiple large projects
Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite
Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

Experience with electrical construction preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the overall direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
Lead multiple large projects successfully.
Manage people, resources, goals, and deliverables necessary to make the project successful.
Prioritize, delegate, assess risk, communicate, and multi-task.
Collaborate, direct, and get the job done when problems arise, things get off track, or an emergency presents itself.
Mitigate problems through proper use of processes, standards, and early risk assessment.
Measure progress and results, financial and otherwise.

Build and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers.
