About The Position

As a Project Manager in the project management office, you will lead and manage projects involving the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, coupled with effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role
  • Experience with utilities, specifically the development of transmission asset capital projects
  • 5 years experience or greater
  • Curious and active listener

  • Collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
  • Allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Establish strong communication channels with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial targets
