About The Position

Ludvik Electric is a premiere electrical contractor in Arizona, Colorado and Utah with over $2 Billion in installations around the world. We are seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Supervisors for our Arizona Location. Arizona continues to grow and the number of electrical projects we are winning is exploding, and our backlog of projects will keep us busy for years! This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Project Manager at Ludvik Electric Co. in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing industrial projects, ensuring effective communication, budgeting, project management, and project planning on a daily basis. Requirements

  • Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction
  • At least 4 years of prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead teams on projects
  • Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations as it applies to size and type of construction project
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices
  • Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
