About The Position
Wallace Montgomery, a Mid-Atlantic engineering firm serving transportation, institutional, and industrial markets, is seeking an experienced, motivated electrical engineering professional to support the planning, design, and execution of complex facility projects. The team collaborates from early concept development through construction and commissioning. The role is based at the Newark office in Newark, Delaware, and is full-time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable local codes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with emergency power, UPS, and control power systems.
Responsibilities
- Design power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems.
- Develop single-line diagrams, load calculations, and equipment specifications.
