About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial electrical construction projects in the Bremerton, Washington area. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through final completion while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors while coordinating all aspects of project execution. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading complex electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Electrical contracting experience is required
  • Previous experience managing electrical construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and project teams

Nice To Haves

  • Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction project management software is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical construction projects through all phases of execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and operational challenges
  • Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company expectations
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and support continuous process improvement
