Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to manage and direct projects from start-up to close-out in the $5Million - $20Million range. Requirements
- Experience as Project Manager on projects from $10 Million or more.
- Positive, team-building communication style.
- Professional communications ability.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC and IFC.
Nice To Haves
- Newforma experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to contract documents including plans, specs, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates.
- Coordinates project scheduling and communications.
- Manages data and material resources throughout the life of the project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.
- Prepares subcontracts, Jobsite Labor Manual, Shop Drawings and Layout Drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Prepares monthly billings and submits to client on time.
- Maintains a safe work environment and ensures that project is in strict compliance with OSHA and Ludvik safety standards.
- Ensures the quality of the installed work.
