About The Position

About Enterprise Customer Programs Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) is Euna Solutions' delivery organization for enterprise-scale clients i.e. primarily state governments and state agencies managing large, complex grant programs. Our clients are partners executing statewide strategic priorities, often spanning multiple agencies and funding streams within a single engagement. ECP manages the full implementation lifecycle: from discovery and configuration through training, go-live, and ongoing support. We work closely with Product and technical teams to ensure our clients achieve sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes. The Opportunity: The Project Manager owns the delivery of an enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementation for a state government client. This is a client-facing role with real accountability - you manage the project plan, the risks, the stakeholder relationships, and the day-to-day coordination across an internal cross-functional team. You are the person the client calls, and the person who knows where the project actually stands. ECP Project Managers are assigned to a state portfolio — meaning your work has a geography and a set of agency relationships you know deeply. You operate within the governance and standards framework set by the Portfolio Manager and PMO Lead, and you work closely with Implementation Managers, Technical Solutions Specialists, and OCM to drive outcomes for your clients. Who Thrives Here: ECP is at an exciting point in its growth - the foundation is solid, the mission is clear, and we are focused on scaling what is working. People who do well here help write the playbook rather than wait for one. They think on their feet, stay flexible as things change, and collaborate openly - information does not get siloed and people step in beyond their lane when the client or team needs it. If you are energized by momentum and want your work to matter, you will fit in here.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise software implementation or technology projects.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a public sector, government, or regulated industry environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies — Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar; waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of embedding technology into daily workflows to improve output quality or efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills — you can run a steering committee, write a crisp status update, and deliver hard news to a client without losing the relationship.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a reliable, collaborative member of a broader team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and professionally resilient.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure, maintaining clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers in alignment with ECP standards and state agency governance requirements.
  • Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors and decision-makers.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with Euna's Code of Ethics, security standards, and applicable public sector regulations.
  • Apply ECP's delivery frameworks and methodology consistently across your engagement — adapting where needed without abandoning standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned state agency clients — building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct executive-level reporting for client steering committees and provide regular status updates that are accurate, clear, and stakeholder-appropriate.
  • Navigate complex multi-agency relationships with professionalism — you can hold a difficult conversation without damaging the partnership.
  • Coordinate delivery across ECP's Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams — keeping shared timelines, dependencies, and risks visible to the right people.
  • Partner with the Project Coordinator to maintain documentation accuracy, meeting cadences, and action item follow-through.
  • Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts — flagging patterns or gaps that the PMO Lead or Portfolio Manager should know about.

  • Play a meaningful role in onboarding new hires and contributing to team knowledge-sharing.
