Due to the dynamic development of our defense business in Poland, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager responsible for business development and preparing offers for infrastructure projects for the Polish Armed Forces, NATO, and allied forces. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that reflects our company's core values: solidarity, passion for executing complex large-scale projects, and innovation and kindness.

Requirements

  • Technical higher education (construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing offers, tenders, or implementing infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of public procurement and the public investment market in Poland.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2).
  • Ability to build business relationships, negotiate, and a self-reliant, proactive approach to business development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with projects for the defense sector, critical infrastructure, or in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of NATO, NSPA, USACE, FMS procedures, or other military procurement processes.
  • Security clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and analyzing business opportunities in the defense sector and monitoring planned investments by military institutions.
  • Coordinating the preparation of offers and tenders for infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects.
  • Collaborating with technical teams in developing work scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Building relationships with defense sector clients and strategic partners, and participating in consortium creation.
  • Preparing project acquisition strategies, managing tender processes up to contract signing, and supporting the development of the Defense business in Poland.
