About The Position

Bitdeer Inc. is seeking a local candidate – an accomplished Project Manager (ideally with electrical focus) to focus on the company’s Clarington, Ohio datacenter project. You will work with existing Project Managers, responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have background in both construction management and electrical engineering. This role reports to the General Manager of the US Datacenter Business and requires close collaboration with our global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Solid electrical background with hands-on experience in medium- and low-voltage power supply and distribution systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, compliance regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all team levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of making quick, effective decisions under high-pressure conditions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and collaborate effectively within a diverse, global team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard project management software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning by defining scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
  • Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision to ensure all work adheres to quality standards and design specifications.
  • Proactively mitigate project risks—including budget deviations, schedule delays, and on-site emergencies—while ensuring all safety standards and compliance codes are strictly met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular project velocity updates and financial budget reports to internal cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Foster and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other related project and operational duties as assigned.
