About The Position

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is expanding its Data Center Vertical and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead complex and high-profile mission-critical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexities of large equipment procurement and execution, and enjoys working directly with customers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the primary operational leader responsible for managing customer projects from award through final closeout, ensuring flawless execution of equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, commissioning support, customer communication, and financial performance. This role transforms successful pursuits into well-executed projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience supporting Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Construction, Electrical Distribution, or Large Equipment Projects.
  • Strong financial, organizational, communication, and customer management skills.
  • Experience with Medium Voltage Switchgear
  • Experience with Low Voltage Switchgear
  • Experience with UPS Systems
  • Experience with Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
  • Experience with Busway
  • Experience with Transformers
  • Experience with Generator Controls
  • Experience with PLC Systems
  • Experience with Industrial Automation Equipment
  • Experience with Custom Electrical Assemblies

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.
  • Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
  • Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
  • Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
