We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to work on a new build data site in Ft. Worth, TX. This role will primarily work on the data hall portion of the data center, housing the racks and coolants. This role coordinates closely with developers, construction managers, design consultants, contractors, commissioning teams, equipment vendors, and operations personnel to manage project interfaces, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration across all phases of the project. Requirements

  • 6+ years of construction project management experience, including mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Knowledge of data center electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Data center experience highly preferred.
  • BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 4 to 5 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
  • Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the data center construction project from design through operational handover.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, quality, and change management.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to align project objectives, technical requirements, and construction activities.
  • Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and construction execution.
  • Support design reviews, value engineering, and compliance with project standards and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate commissioning activities, project closeout, documentation, and operational readiness.
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, budget, risks, and key milestones to project leadership.
  • Foster collaboration among project teams to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.
