About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager and Data Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance team. This role will primarily focus on managing department and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, including developing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery. The position will also use project performance data to support decision-making, monitor schedule health, and identify opportunities to improve project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, clear communication, and the ability to use data to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using data or reporting tools to track project performance.
  • Strong ability to organize complex work, define scope, manage timelines, track dependencies, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar tools used to manage schedules, tasks, dependencies, and project reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying/validating datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
  • Experience with workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate project status, risks, and metrics into clear executive summaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, drive accountability, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset focused on identifying project bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Understanding how projects align with company revenue models and strategic goals.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, escalating risks, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Track project risks, issues, resource needs, and key constraints to support timely decision-making and effective project delivery.
  • Create, maintain, and update project dashboards and reporting tools that visualize project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, reduce manual status reporting, and standardize PMO practices.
  • Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of project data to support reliable status updates, trend analysis, and management reporting.
