About The Position

Dover Corporation is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide cyber security initiatives across global business units. This role manages multiple cyber security workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery on time, on budget, and within scope. This highly visible role partners closely with Dover Corporate and Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure consistent execution across the project lifecycle. The Cyber Security Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing cyber security or IT projects and programs in global organizations (Fortune 500 and/or manufacturing experience are preferred).
  • 1 or more professional certification(s) including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PRINCE2-Practitioner.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of additional relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Experience working with global teams across regions and time zones.
  • Strong project management discipline, ability to manage competing priorities, and delivery with precision.
  • Strategic, hands-on project manager with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and composure under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct project management experience in data protection and risk management is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large, complex initiatives across diverse cultures with mixed technology maturity.
  • A master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives, develop schedules, allocate resources and align initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, control scope, and proactively address execution risks and blockers.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues through timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status, manage stakeholder expectations, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams while fostering a productive and accountable work environment.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation across all project phases: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close.
  • Maintain awareness of cyber security technologies and trends to inform project execution.
