Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions
  • Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management, project management, or related marketing operations roles
  • Experience coordinating creative development from brief through execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Background in customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience supporting test-and-learn marketing environments and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of customer marketing campaigns across key customer lifecycle stages
  • Partner closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated campaigns
  • Manage timelines, workflows, dependencies, and deliverables across data, creative, and operational teams
  • Execute campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, including email, direct mail, SMS, seller materials, and onsite placements
  • Draft clear and actionable creative briefs; gather feedback, proof materials, and provide final approvals prior to deployment
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks that could impact timelines, quality, or budget
  • Maintain campaign schedules, execution processes, and documentation
  • Leverage program metrics, customer-level data, and insights to measure performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and partners
