Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits. To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Project Manager, Creative Services with a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5-7 years of experience with a proven record of managing creative projects and production workflows in marketing, communications, or related fields. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience with a proven record of managing creative projects and production workflows in marketing, communications, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of marketing and communications deliverables, ensuring all materials meet Zeta's excellence standards
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, video, social)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of creative assets
  • Source quotes, produce estimates, and negotiate with external suppliers for production work
  • Track and report on project status, highlighting potential risks and offering solutions
  • Maintain robust digital asset management systems and establish efficient naming conventions
  • Implement and optimize creative workflows that balance quality with efficiency
  • Organize regular production meetings and maintain accountability frameworks for creative deliverables
  • Support the Director of Marketing in managing campaign budgets and resource allocation
  • Coordinate the trafficking and tracking of creative jobs from conception to completion
  • Stay current with new production technologies and techniques, including AI tools used in creative development
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
