About The Position

As part of the consulting function, this role contributes to large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic program execution. This role will support the program manager in effectively managing the program, creating efficiency in execution and building a best-in-class change consulting function. As a Consulting Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering programs required to deliver our strategic priorities. This position requires a project manager with experience owning, driving, and managing successful outcomes in a dynamic, and time-driven environment that requires risk-based decision-making and proactive execution. This is a driven, inquisitive individual looking to build their capabilities through exposure to a wide variety of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in driving the execution and delivery of change across large change initiatives, with direct ownership of certain aspects of the program lifecycle and/or specific workstreams.
  • Develop and manage relationships with project workstream leads and partners across business lines and corporate functions, ensuring sustainable and cohesive project delivery.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to establish and monitor an effective oversight framework leveraging best practices while adapting it to unique program requirements, to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified, escalated, and resolved.
  • Support the development of a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.
  • Utilize proven project management tools and techniques, maintaining consistent, high-quality project management discipline to drive efficiency and maintain artifacts to evidence project integrity.
  • Leverage new technologies to introduce efficiency, effectiveness, and best practices to the team.
