Project Manager - Construction

Paul Davis RestorationAppleton, WI
$60,000 - $85,000Onsite

About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property losses. This is not a desk-only project management role. You’ll own your projects from start to finish, balancing what’s happening in the field with budgets, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and customer expectations. Restoration experience is valuable, but it isn’t the only path to success here. We’re interested in experienced professionals from residential construction, remodeling, general contracting, insurance reconstruction, and commercial construction who know how to run projects and get results. Construction is what we do, but the reason behind the work is different. Our customers often come to us after a fire, flood, storm, or other unexpected property loss. They need more than a contractor. They need someone who can take control of the reconstruction process, communicate clearly, solve problems, and help move their property—and their lives—forward. For an experienced Project Manager, that means challenging work, variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of the projects you lead.

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple active construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, materials, and trades

  • Experience with project budgets, job costing, change orders, and profitability
