About The Position

Industra Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex construction projects across Ontario. This role requires a background in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, or closely related infrastructure projects, as these projects involve complex civil and mechanical construction requiring a strong understanding of heavy infrastructure. While experience in sectors such as rail, roads/highways, residential, commercial, or high-rise construction is valued, it may not be sufficient on its own for this specific role. Industra is a rapidly growing, multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor with projects across British Columbia, Ontario, the North, and beyond. Having expanded significantly over the past three years, we continue to invest in our people while delivering complex water and wastewater treatment, industrial, civil infrastructure, institutional, and remote construction projects across Canada.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure, or structural projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, or closely related infrastructure projects is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and client expectations.
  • Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittments, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reporting systems.
  • Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
  • Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews.
  • Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality.
  • Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents.
  • Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
