Requirements

Degree in construction engineering management, civil engineering, or a related engineering field
3+ years of relevant experience in the field of excavation/horizontal construction
Ability to interpret bid documents, plans and all other related project/construction documents
Knowledge of local quality, safety and health for construction job sites (MA/ CT)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn industry-specific software programs quickly
Must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel locally to various job sites/meetings as needed

Responsibilities

Play an essential and lead role in all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
Monitor the daily operations of the project closely with an emphasis on budgeting, timeline and health/safety compliance.
