About The Position

Exp Federal is looking to add a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is contingent upon award of contract. Exp Federal is an established full-service architectural and engineering firm that provides a full range of exceptional design solutions and construction support to the federal government. Our team of professionals operates in some of the most challenging environments to provide support services to a variety of governmental agencies globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ten years of project management experience – related experience preferable with a US Government client or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must effectively manage projects to maintain scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality within the purview of the contract.
• In charge of coordination, communication, and reporting to the Government Client.
• Must be able to develop, review and implement drawings, specifications, QC plans, safety plans, Property Management systems, Health & Safety plans, and oversee the development of project deliverables.
• Maintain project financial reporting.
• Must be able to provide inputs to all the preceding to finalize the project plan as well as adjust along the way for unforeseen events.
• Must be able to develop and monitor project schedules.
• Must be able to effectively lead safety briefings to the Client.
• Must be able to complete daily reports on work progress as well as monitoring cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
• Oversee all work to monitor compliance with the project requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and direct inspection teams, subcontractors, and suppliers/vendors.
