About The Position

Procon is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to provide owner-side management for assigned projects and facilities at a federal job site. During early milestones, the position serves as the principal day-to-day Project Manager, integrating requirements, design, schedule, cost, risk, security, and Government coordination to advance projects toward construction. As the program moves into construction, the role transitions into Construction Manager, providing direct field awareness of construction status, PDB performance, interfaces, schedule, quality, safety, changes, and closeout. The position requires full-time onsite work at the federal site and the ability to obtain and maintain installation access. The role includes coordinating with Government representatives, functional and technical staff, and PDB teams; maintaining project records; supporting construction oversight, commissioning, and turnover; and observing field and facility conditions. Procon describes itself as a construction management and technology consulting firm with 25 years of experience and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
