The position requires maintaining and incorporating current industry trends, Labcorp standards/guidelines, and methodologies related to construction and furniture/fixture/equipment (FF&E) processes and deliverables. The Construction Manager will also oversee quality control, compliance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts is crucial for defining project scope, timelines, and cost of work. Additionally, the role involves preparing and communicating project delivery updates and financial performance, as well as coordinating vendor setup, tracking critical dates, and managing proposals and work orders.
