The Project Manager with healthcare experience will support the HCAi/OSHPD 1/inpatient hospital portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of small to mid-sized projects, including defining and documenting project objectives and scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for project execution, construction management planning, design, and procedures. They will oversee and coordinate planning, design, bidding, and budget, and are expected to lead projects successfully through construction, fit-up, and close-out. Key responsibilities include ensuring all metrics (KPIs) are documented and met, communicating risks and deviations to upper management, and overseeing vendors, consultants, and contractors. The Project Manager will serve as an advisor, subject matter expert, and resource to project staff to resolve technical or operational issues. This role reports to the Associate Administrator of Design and Construction Planning and is accountable to meet the needs and priorities of the health systems strategy, planning, and construction department.
