The Project Manager will have primary functions and essential responsibilities in marketing, business development, and project management. This role involves leading marketing activities, responding to RFPs, and maintaining client relationships. In the preconstruction phase, the Project Manager is responsible for estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction, and quality assurance. They will examine construction documents for constructability and code violations, review bids and budgets, and establish administrative procedures. During the construction phase, the Project Manager will coordinate and train field and office staff, manage project systems, develop and maintain construction schedules, and ensure timely responses to submittals and field questions. They will also oversee job cost and labor detail reporting, promote company policies, and provide personnel development. The Project Manager will maintain relations with the owner and architect/engineers, identify business development opportunities, and be responsible for all follow-up services after project completion.
