Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial

We are looking for Project Managers with commercial & industrial experience to join our team in St. Louis (Rock Hill) leading construction projects from inception to completion. Requirements
- At least 5-8+ years of project management experience, preferably on large commercial and/or light industrial projects
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
Nice To Haves
- Highly prefer design/build experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
- Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
- Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
- Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
