Requirements

2+ years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients.
Identify and secure new project opportunities, negotiating contracts that serve both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for every detail and ensuring quality standards are met.
Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions and accurate project scopes.
Manage budgets and project schedules to ensure everything stays on track.
Supervise installation teams, ensuring the work is completed to the highest level of precision and efficiency.
Stay on top of material inventory, keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
