Our Flooring group supports some of the largest and most respected general contractors in the region — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish. The Flooring Project Manager is a key member of our Operations team, responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned flooring projects — from award through closeout. This role works closely with field leadership, warehouse, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors to ensure projects are staffed, supplied, scheduled, and executed safely, on time, and on budget. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being the central point of communication across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Construction project management or operations experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication across field, office, warehouse, and GC teams
  • Experience in commercial construction or specialty trades preferred
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites

Nice To Haves

  • Flooring, coatings, painting, or specialty trade experience
  • Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage flooring projects from contract award through final closeout
  • Coordinate labor, manpower schedules, and installation sequencing
  • Review and approve field timecards for accuracy and job cost tracking
  • Order and track materials, equipment, and deliveries with warehouse and vendors
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate inventory levels, staging, and monthly inventory planning
  • Communicate daily with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and GCs
  • Participate in jobsite meetings and customer coordination meetings
  • Coordinate site-specific safety plans, compliance documentation, and required jobsite paperwork
  • Track project progress, field conditions, and schedule changes
  • Support change orders, cost tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance expectations are met
  • Drive timely project closeouts with minimal punch list items
