About The Position

We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact, managing relationships with CFOs, Controllers, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders.

This is a highly collaborative role that bridges client business objectives with technical execution. You’ll gather requirements, document integration goals, coordinate timelines, and ensure a smooth go-live, all while keeping the client’s success front and center.

In short, you’ll be the one ensuring our clients experience the full value of intelligent automation from day one.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project management, client onboarding, or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and related financial solutions (AP automation, T&E, HRIS, project management).
• Familiarity with API-to-API integrations, ETL processes, and data mapping.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience interfacing directly with executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Background in accounting, finance, or IT systems implementation.
• Technical literacy in API documentation, JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts.
• Proven ability to deliver integration projects on time and within scope for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones are met and expectations exceeded.
• Conduct weekly client meetings to uncover business objectives, integration requirements, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with software partners (ERP, AP automation, T&E, HRIS providers) to align implementation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable specifications for our developer team.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep everything on track.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build trust with executive-level stakeholders, from CFOs to IT leadership.
• Advocate for client needs while balancing technical feasibility and industry best practices.
