This role is ideal for someone energized by leading diverse projects, building client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field or equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects.
• 8+ years of consulting or related professional experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation, drug screen and motor vehicle report.

Nice To Haves

• Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required.
• 12+ years preferred for those without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations.
• Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.
• Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials.
• Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships
