About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager and Civil Engineer to lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen. This role involves providing technical guidance, QA/QC oversight, and design feedback for industrial projects, primarily ranging from 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in land/site development engineering (public and private).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• P.E. License in state of Texas

Responsibilities
