Requirements

Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

Project Performance: Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
Execution: Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Financials: Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
Scheduling: Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
