About The Position
We are seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects services. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of various projects, managing budgets and cross-functional teams. The scope includes initial design, permit acquisition, bidding, proposal evaluation, budget creation, construction scheduling, field operations oversight, change control, commissioning, and validation. Coordination with production areas is essential to meet project schedule objectives. The role also involves developing status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least ten plus (10+) years of experience on Pharma and Capital Projects
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Experience in Design Management
- Experience in Construction & C&Q RFP development
- Experience in managing construction implementation
- Experience in leading construction weekly meetings
- Experience in leading weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Experience in managing RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
- Experience in managing change control process
- Experience in developing and updating cash flow
- Experience in developing & updating integrated project schedule

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and implementation of various projects.
- Manage budgets and applicable cross-functional team members.
- Manage all aspects of projects including the scope development, initial design, acquiring permits, bidding process and proposal evaluation.
- Create budget, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation process.
- Coordination required with production areas to achieve project schedule objectives.
