As a Project Manager – Building Automation Systems, you will help ensure building automation projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with established standards. You will partner closely with the EBAS team, construction teams, and BAS vendors to coordinate projects, provide updates, and support the successful integration of building automation systems. Responsibilities include overseeing projects involving new construction, system integration, and implementation of new technologies. You will collaborate with leading BAS vendors, including Johnson Controls, Siemens, Delta, and Honeywell, while coordinating project updates and ensuring system standards are effectively implemented across projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience working within one or more of the following areas: pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field
  • Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits and schematics

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience
  • Retro-commissioning of building automation systems experience

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain and calibrate all temperature, humidity, and recording devices including meters and gauges.
  • Read, write, modify, and maintain automated building software and hardware for designated systems.
  • Maintain inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and advise on system malfunctions and operational requirements.
  • Ensure safe and effective operations and working environment.
  • Respond to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately.
  • Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
