About The Position

In the role of Project Manager, you will focus on the commercial, delivery, and schedule control of the Ductbank Package. This role is accountable for ensuring that the package is managed in line with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk objectives.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience in consulting engineering or construction.
Experience in cost control, schedule management, and change management is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing for underground utilities in live or constrained environments.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification is highly preferred.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the Ductbank Package schedule, ensuring these critical works progress with a strict level of leadership and control.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financial performance and change events.
Coordinate with the Design Manager to ensure submissions are regulator-ready and traceable.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with concurrent construction activities.
Establish and maintain package-level controls for cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting.
Drive coordination between technical delivery, stakeholder approvals, and broader program milestones.
Prepare and maintain progress reporting, forecast updates, and key issue summaries for internal leadership.
Support governance, escalation, and decision-making processes related to package delivery.
Ensure delivery plans and package controls are aligned with the wider program execution approach.
Manage stakeholder interfaces required to maintain timely progress and reduce disruption to ongoing operations.
