The Project Manager Assistant position is responsible for performing administrative duties as necessary in support of the Project Department’s operations. This role assists Project Managers with coordinating and executing customer projects from order entry through completion. The assistant will respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status, and assist with order entry, purchase orders, and project-related transactions. They will also coordinate with vendors, track project timelines, and maintain accurate project documentation. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
