The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will assist the Project Manager (PM) Level I or II in leading business development, financial, proposal, and all assigned project activities. This role will work with the PM to manage contractors and projects to achieve business and financial objectives. The APM will plan and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The measurements for success are accuracy in project planning, reporting profitability, forecasting, and performance. The APM will assist the PM in scheduling, estimating, planning, and tracking project progress and pre-construction activities. This position works on site and travelling to worksites. To be considered, you must live within commuting distance of the Polson, MT Executive Offices.
