Requirements
- 8-10+ years of proven success in project management, specifically within the A/E/C industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Comfortable with modern project management tools and know how to use data to drive decisions.
- Highly motivated, thrive under pressure, and can pivot when project demands shift.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, LEED, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Take the helm of primary architectural and secondary engineering projects, steering them from initial concept to ribbon-cutting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and use a "Diagnostic-First" mindset to spot organizational needs and turn them into project roadmaps.
- Act as the central nervous system for our project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple offices and diverse disciplines.
