About The Position

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Project Management Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Delivery team. This individual will manage business strategy and technical delivery projects for a range of commercial and federal clients. As with all of our positions, we are seeking an independent thinker with creative problem-solving skills. As a Project Manager Analyst, you will work closely with our senior consultants and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in managing timelines, resources, and client communication, while developing a deep understanding of knowledge management and data strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-ops, or coursework will be considered)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A passion for learning about knowledge management, taxonomies, semantic technologies, and data management

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of knowledge management concepts, taxonomies, ontologies, and data structures
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Interest in technology and consulting services
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, reporting on status and any risks or issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports
  • Support the development of client presentations and reports
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and knowledge management processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies
