About The Position

A Project Manager for Airport Projects is responsible for managing all aspects of airport development and renovation projects. They coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead project teams to successful completion within defined timelines and budget constraints. Involves overseeing the planning and execution of the airport's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which includes significant infrastructure projects valued at over $700 million.

Requirements

Experience in capital improvement project programming, construction and full development from beginning to end.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in airport projects.

Responsibilities

Leading a multidisciplinary project management team to ensure design and construction excellence.
Managing multiple concurrent projects while minimizing operational impacts.
Collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and external partners on various projects.
Ensuring compliance with FAA, state, and local regulations.
Planning, execution, and completion of airport development and renovation projects.
Coordination with stakeholders, including airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Development and management of project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Leading project team meetings and fostering a collaborative work environment.
