Requirements

Baccalaureate and minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Digital Technology teams
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Experience with business process mapping, process documentation and process optimization
Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

Lead multiple cross-functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneously
Partner with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI-enabled solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science, and Business SMEs.
Interface with Internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability
Collaborate with RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise
Monitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Provide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution
Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiatives
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and deploy change management plans, as well as process documentation and work-instructions
